Onboarding Enhancements

This release adds additional details to Onboarding Summaries and Tickets, as well as introduces a new Connections Page for “Edge Gateways.”

What You’ll See

Deployments Summary Page: New columns for Date Created, Project Coordinator, and count of Active Tickets

Depl0yment Tickets: Default tickets will automatically be added to all new Deployments for Building Setup, Data Connectivity, and initial Information Requests.

Create Buildings: Create new buildings in Assets –> Buildings and quickly add them to your Deployment.

New! Connections

A new “Connections” page is now available for creating and viewing “Edge Gateways” (formerly known as Data Transfer Services). Supported retrieval methods include BACnet, Haystack, and Schneider Ecostruxure (WebServices or BDP).
