Havtech Adds Clockworks to Connected Services Offering

Havtech will leverage the Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) Software to remotely monitor its client facilities and proactively address HVAC performance issues for increased energy and cost savings.

The software will allow Havtech to continuously run in-depth diagnostics across its client’s HVAC equipment and systems and pinpoint the most urgent issues related to energy, comfort, and maintenance.

Clockworks’ FDD platform is backed by an analysis engine built on 30 person-years of research and development. The intelligence of the global information model that powers the root-cause diagnostics is expanded with each new building that is connected to the AI—which currently includes over 380k pieces of connected equipment in 2800 buildings worldwide.

Clockworks will enable Havtech to remotely monitor client facilities and run in-depth diagnostics to quantify the avoidable energy costs of each identified performance issue, as well as prioritize impacts to energy, comfort, and maintenance on a 0-10 scale. Diagnostics can be sorted by portfolio or individual building, as well as equipment class and type of analyses. The software will provide Havtech with centralized, 24/7 monitoring of client assets in order to proactively address issues before they result in costly breakdowns and long-term energy waste.
