Diagnostics Summary Widgets

Bulk Task Creation

Diagnostics Summary Widgets

First up – we’ve introduced these new summary widgets that give you a quick pulse check on what’s happening across your systems. These are designed to be your go-to dashboard for staying on top of equipment health and performance.

What you’ll see:

  • Equipment fault tracking – Real-time counts of equipment with faults over time, so you can quickly spot trends and know if things are getting better or worse
  • Avoidable costs monitoring – Track potential cost savings opportunities as they develop
  • Comfort and maintenance scores – These align with the building scorecard dashboards you’re already familiar with
  • Active task counts – See your workload at a glance
  • Critical equipment alerts – Immediate visibility into equipment labeled as “critical” that currently have faults

Key feature: All widgets respond to your building and equipment filters. Apply a filter, and you’ll get a customized summary for just that subset of your data. Pretty handy for focusing on specific areas or problem zones.

Bulk Task Creation

This one’s a game-changer for handling systematic issues. We’ve added the ability to create tasks across multiple pieces of equipment in one go.

Perfect for scenarios like:

  • Set points that are too close together across all zone equipment
  • Cycling issues affecting multiple pumps
  • Any problem that impacts several pieces of equipment with similar configurations

How it works: Select multiple equipment experiencing the same issue, create one bulk task, and the system automatically breaks it out so you can track and resolve each piece individually. It’s all about reducing those repetitive clicks when you’re dealing with widespread problems.

This feature is available to all users with task creation permissions, so your team can start using it right away.

Both features are focused on getting you the information you need faster and streamlining those routine tasks that can eat up your day. We’re always looking for ways to make the platform work better for how you actually work.

Give them a try and let us know what you think – your feedback helps us prioritize what to build next!
